Return and refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened, packaged, covered against moisture, unused with all original packaging . You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@thebodypie.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you return information as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. The customer must pay the amount for return shipping of the item. Products shipped back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We can assess the problem and try to fix it.

Exclusions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale, discounted items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned item and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, we will refund the product automatically in the way you paid. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.
