Orders placement

Simply add your item to the shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us email, name and delivery address - we will ship your package within 1-3 working days We will be here to guide you at any step!

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped within 1-3 days of making purchase, you will receive an email from which can track your order. I made a mistake when filling out the shipping address and my name. How do I change it?

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address or any other, please email info@thebodypie.com within 2 hours of placing your order. You have to make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address. We will not be able to make any changes or cancellations of your order after it`s been shipped.  

What is The Body Pie refund and return policy?

Please go to refund and return policy. Photo evidence will have to be provided when notifying us of unforeseen fault or breakages.  

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you want to cancel or make any changes to your order, please drop us an email to info@thebodypie.com within 2 hours of making your purchase with a subject line "Change of order" or" Cancel order" and we will get back to you ASAP. Please indicate the subject line "Change of Address" and provide your order number, full name and corrected shipping address. We will not be able to make any changes or cancellations of your order after it`s been shipped. Before proceeding, please make sure you have read and understood our Return and Refund Policy.  

I didn’t receive any email confirmation of my order. What can I do?

Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email please contact us at info@thebodypie.com to ensure you provided the correct email during checkout.
